Todd serves as General Services Supervisor for the Pauma Valley Community Services District, bringing over 25 years of service to the community. He began his career as a Patrolman and advanced through the ranks to his current leadership role.

In his role, Todd oversees general services operations, safety, and field staff, supporting the district’s commitment to reliable service and community well-being. He holds multiple professional certifications, including a California Guard Card, Baton and Chemical Agent certifications, First Aid/CPR/AED, and specialized training in venomous snake handling and relocation. He has also completed , PC832 (Arrest, Search, and Seizure), CSDA Supervisory Skills for the Public Sector and HR Bootcamp for Special Districts.

A longtime member of the community, Todd values its strong sense of connection and takes pride in serving residents and working alongside his colleagues. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
