1. Building and Infrastructure Security

- Secure the Gravel Yard by verifying it is clear and locking the gate, ensuring unauthorized access is prevented.
- Conduct inspections of gravel yard wells and nearby infrastructure to identify any unusual activity or potential risks.
- Monitor critical community infrastructure, such as manholes and storm drains, for leaks or vulnerabilities. Immediate action, such as activating the critical failure plan, ensures the integrity of these systems.
2. Community Gate and Perimeter Patrol
- Regularly inspect and lock all community gates (Taupa, McMillan, Wiskon Way West, 76 gates, TY gates, Lazy H gates, and others). This prevents unauthorized access and reinforces the boundaries of our community.

- Address and investigate reports of burglary, prowlers, suspicious persons, or vehicles, enhancing the feeling of safety among residents.
- Assist in fire safety, responding to alarms, and coordinating with fire services as needed.
- Monitor and respond to flooding conditions, ensuring roads are safe and notifying residents of potential hazards.
4. Community and Event Support
- Offer event assistance, such as parking coordination and planning, to support community gatherings while maintaining safety and order.
- Provide welfare checks for residents, offering reassurance and care for those in need.
- Assist with jump-starting vehicles, changing mailbox locks, and other minor but meaningful support tasks for residents.
5. Proactive Security Measures
- Perform CODE 5 patrols at Pauma Market and El Rey’s during closing hours, deterring criminal activity and ensuring businesses close safely.
