Rich and his wife Janice have been members of Pauma Valley Community since 2004.
He started his company in 1976 and grew it up to 100 employees. He retired in 2021 after turning the company into an Employee-Owned Company, owned by approximately 40 employees.
Rich was very active in the industry, serving on the Board Of Directors (SDPHCC) San Diego Plumbing and Cooling Contractors and serving 2 terms as President, also 2 years on the State of California Board of (PHCC) Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors, Chairman of the State Education Committee (1994-1997), President of (ABC) Associated Builders and Contractors, Chairman of the Apprentice Trust for (ABC) 1995-2000.
He is currently on the Board of Director for the San Diego Country Credit Union (2000-Present).
Rich has been married since 1976, has 3 children, 7 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
Rich is proud to be a Navy Veteran 1970-1974.
