Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) Device Issuance

District Notification Regaring RFID Issuance

The Pauma Valley Community Services District (PVCSD) is the sole agency authorized to issue RFID devices.
This requirement applies to all District residents, service providers, tenants, and Pauma Valley Country Club members who reside outside of the District but require gated access.

To obtain an RFID device, please visit the District Office in person during regular business hours.

  • Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • RFID Issuance Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Fee: $25.00 per device (subject to change)
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash or check
