Eric was appointed General Manager of the Pauma Valley Community Services District in December 2022 and brings over a decade of public utilities experience, having progressed from field technician to executive leadership.

He also serves as a Board Director for the Upper San Luis Rey Groundwater Management Authority and the California Water Environment Association (CWEA) San Diego Section.

Eric holds a CWEA Collection System Maintenance Grade IV certification, a State Water Resources Control Board Wastewater Operator certification, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and three associate degrees.
