Dale serves as Security Services Lead for the Pauma Valley Community Services District, where he has been with the organization since 2019. He began as a Gate Attendant and advanced to Patrol Officer in 2021 before being promoted to his current leadership role in 2026.

In his role, Dale oversees daily security operations and supports field personnel, contributing to the safety and service of the community. He holds a California Guard Card and is trained in CPR/AED, chemical agents, and specialized response techniques, and is bilingual in Japanese and English.

A longtime Temecula resident since 1990, Dale has been happily married since 2013 and is a proud father of two boys. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and watching baseball and football.
