2026 District Strategic Plan
About the Strategic Plan
The Pauma Valley Community Services District has developed its 2026 Strategic Plan to guide District priorities, services, and long-term sustainability.
The Strategic Plan reaffirms the District’s mission, vision, guiding principles, and goals, and establishes measurable objectives to strengthen financial stability, infrastructure, governance, staff development, and community engagement.
The Board of Directors is scheduled to consider adoption of the Strategic Plan at its Regular Meeting on March 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the District Office.
Public Input
The District welcomes community input on the 2026 Strategic Plan.
Please submit any feedback no later than March 4, 2026, to allow staff sufficient time to compile and provide comments to the Board of Directors for consideration prior to the March 23rd meeting.
Written comments received by the March 4 deadline will be provided to the Board of Directors as part of the public record.
All residents are encouraged to attend the Board’s Regular Meeting on March 23, 2026, to provide public comment regarding the Plan. Please note that at that time, the document will be presented to the Board in its final form for consideration and possible adoption.
